Mark Aikmen
MARK AIKMEN is entering his forth year in technical theatre at the
Ryerson Theatre School. Mark began his career on the many stages of
Brampton Community Theatre, Mark moved on to direct and design shows for
various community groups in south western Ontario. He sat on the board
of the ‘Peel Panto Players’ from 2001 through 2003 and was a founding
member of ‘Beyond the Line Productions’. In 2002, he received both the
‘David Bloom Memorial Award’ for male acting and the ‘Award of Direction
Merit’ from the Sears Drama Festival. Originally joining not in london
for their 2004 production of The Next Best Thing and continued his
work as Production Manager for Leaving Song (2005)
